Our apartments

Studios Ioanna was established in 2002 and is run by Ioanna Giorgoulis. Ioanna lives on the same site as the apartments and tends to all aspects of the apartments personally.

The apartments are just off the main (and only) road into Limnionas and are easy to find.

The six delightful apartments are set amongst olive and pine trees and flower gardens. There is ample parking next to the apartments and a mini-market with post box opposite. The beach is a five minute walk down the hill and the nearest taverna, Restaurant Galini, is a two minute walk across the road.

All apartments have a shaded individual terrace at the front with views to the sea. Each terrace has a table and chairs for enjoying an ouzo and watching the world go by.

  A spacious three-sided seating area (that can also be used as additional bed space) with table is separated from the bedroom area by a half wall.

  The bedroom area includes bedside tables, ceiling fan and sidelights.

  The bedroom areas also include a dressing table and mirror along with large wardrobe and drawers.

  Each kitchen includes facilities for cooking as well as a kettle, coffee-maker, large sink, many storage cupboards and a fridge.

  Spacious areas and high ceilings make the apartments light and airy and a very comfortable holiday home.

  Each apartment has a ceiling fan and air conditioning available

Each apartment consists of a spacious open-plan room with a living area at the front. The living area has a large comfortable, fixed seat (that can double as an extra bed) and a coffee table. A half wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. The bedrooms have twin beds or a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table and ceiling fan. Air conditioning is available in every apartment.

The kitchen area includes a fridge, mini cooker with two hobs and oven, sink, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Lots of pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and useful utensils are supplied. Hot and cold running water is included.

The bathroom area is fully tiled with shower, basin and WC. Bath towels and hand towels are provided.

All apartments also have an iron (and one ironing board available on request) and a hair dryer.

The windows all have insect nets installed allowing you to open the windows but keep the bugs out! Shutters on the windows provide additional protection.

The apartments are refurbished every year and are kept to a very high standard. They are cleaned and the bedlinen changed twice a week.
