How do I make an enquiry about availability?

How do I make a booking
with you?
If we have availability and you would like to make a booking, we will send you a Booking Form. Fill in the Form and return it to us - this will confirm your booking with us. We also require a deposit to be paid following receipt of the Booking Form. The deposit is 20% of the total cost of your booking. The balance of the cost will be payable prior to your arrival on Samos. We will send you full details of how to make payments to us when you book. All our charges are in Euros.

If you wish to change your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Please remember that it may not be possible to change your booking due to lack of availability.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know immediately. Deposits are non-refundable (except in very special circumstances). If you cancel following payment of the total amount of your booking, we will discuss the circumstances with you.
When can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made at any time of the year. Studios Ioanna is open all year although as you would expect, many of the local facilities, such as tavernas, will only be open during the main tourist season (generally April to October).
What size are your apartments?
Our apartments are spacious with a bathroom, kitchen area, bedroom area and living area. They are open plan with no separate rooms (apart from the bathroom). Each apartment has a double or twin bed in the bedroom area as well as a three-sided bench in the living area. The bench can be made up as a bed for younger children. We also have one child's cot that can be used. Please let us know if you require this at the time of booking as we only have the one.
What languages can
you speak?
We speak Greek and English. If you are making an enquiry, we would be grateful if you could write or speak in either of these. We understand that neither of these may be your first language so your help is very much appreciated. We also hope that you will understand that our spoken English is better than our written English so we apologise in advance for any linguistic misunderstandings!
Can you organise car hire/ airport transfers/ferry tickets/ other travel arrangements and so on?

Taxis are always available at the airport on your arrival. They can be found directly outside of the airport building. If you need a taxi to return to the airport from Studios Ioanna, we should be able to organise one for you.
