If you want to explore the island, the easiest way is by car or, if you wish, a scooter. We always recommend a car as they are safer on the island roads.

We can organise car rental for you at prices that are more competitive than you will find elsewhere.

We work with a local company, Action, and provide cars for many of our guests. There is a range of cars to suit your needs and your budget and all are regularly serviced and maintained. Action runs the local Citroen dealership and ensure that their cars are of a high standard and in excellent condition. We have negotiated very special prices with them that you can benefit from.

Your car can be delivered to anywhere on Samos for you to pick up, eg. the airport, ferry port and so on. The car will be clearly marked with your name and will be easy to locate. We will provide you with the details of where to find your car.

You can drive directly to Studios Ioanna (some basic directions can be found here) and relax on your first night. You can then visit the Action office in Kambos (the nearest village to Limnionas) the next day to fill in the rental agreement and make the full payment. No deposit prior to the booking is necessary.

When you leave Samos, you can drop the car off at a pre-agreed point, eg. the airport car park, for Action to pick up.

Car rental comes with full insurance* and unlimited mileage.

*Full insurance will not cover the tyres or chassis for off-road driving. Ask at the Action offices for full details.
